Hand-woven on a frame loom in wool and cotton, Thistledown Cottage is a gabled storybook home with a chocolate-brown roof and a soft curl of chimney smoke drifting overhead. A felted door, windows, and window boxes give the piece its structure, while hand-embroidered flowers and edging bring it to life — from the wreath on the burgundy door to the rosebuds tucked into each window box.

At its base, two full garden hedges, dense with woven greenery and embroidered blooms, frame the entrance. Finished with a hanging cord, this one-of-a-kind piece is ready to hang on a door, wall, or shelf.
